The spectator’s ideas were asked prior to the creation of the color scheme of the domestic organized Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championship.

The visual world of an international competition is always emphatic. Green has got a craggy role in the color scheme of the Rhythmic Gymnastics continental championship hosted in Budapest in May. Competition Director Andrea Kovacs had told us that in this sport on the different events the  favorite colors are pink, magenta and purple. The domestic organizers were thinking out of the box and wanted to create a unique color scheme and they even asked the opinion of the spectators who could cast their votes on domestic competitions and as a result green will dominate in the logo and within the visual elements too.

Moreover the logo of the EC is also unique: it has a dual function: it is a ribbon on the first glance but the number 2 and 4 also appears which refers to the year of the organization of the continent championships.

 The 40th Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championship will be held between the 22nd and 26th of May at Papp Laszlo Budapest Sportarena in organization of Hungarian Gymnastics Federation (MATSZ), Hungarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation (MRGSZ),  State Secretariat for Sports in the Ministry of Defence and National Event Organizing Agency (NRÜ).
