The nominal entry for this year’s Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championship had come to an end. The nations had decided that for example at individuals which competitor competes on how many apparatus. It is very important because for someone to reach the individual all-around final, they have to have the cumulated points for at least three apparatus. According to the rules the best three points count at all-around.
Considering these the entry of the Romanians and the Italians is obtrusive because they use a 4-2-2 apparatus scaling between their competitors which means that they can only have one competitor each in the final consisting 24. In their case it is possible that they will change. The Hungarians had entered Fanni Pigniczki and Hanna Weisner in 4 apparatus each.
In the domestic organized European Championship the spectators can see the best of Europe. Such class acts will perform their routines like Darja Varfolomeev from Germany, Daria Atamanov from Israel, Viktoriia Onopriienko from Ukraine and Sofia Raffaeli from Italy.
The 40th Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championship will be held between the 22nd and 26th of May at Papp Laszlo Budapest Sportarena in organization of Hungarian Gymnastics Federation (MATSZ), Hungarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation (MRGSZ), State Secretariat for Sports in the Ministry of Defence and National Event Organizing Agency (NRÜ).
